A one day workshop exploring yoga, meditation and whole food plant-based nutrition. Giving you the tools to integrate healthy, enjoyable and sustainable practices into your daily life. Nourish

Join us, Caprice and Marta, in our one day workshop!
Caprice will be guiding you through the mindful yoga practices that will create more space and ease in your life. This gentle, mindful yoga sessions are suitable for all levels,
ages and body types!
Marta will discuss the importance of implementing a healthy diet and how it affects your body, energy and mood. She will also teach you how to create the bio-individual nutrition
plan that works just for your needs.
Here is a little sneak peek of what the workshop will look like!
9:30 Morning Yoga Session
We will begin by welcoming each other and start with a yoga practice that will awaken the body and your energies, invites us to listen from within and stay connected to our true self.
You will feel energized and relaxed to jump-start the day!
11:00 Snack
After the morning yoga session we will enjoy a healthy and yummy smoothie with fresh fruits and veggies.
11:30 Talk
Talk guided by Marta where we will explore the different dietary principles and why 'diets' don’t work if you’re looking for long term results. Here you will learn all about calories, macro and
micro nutrients intake and how to finally find a balanced nutrition plan that works just for you. After today, you won't need to go on a ‘diet' anymore!
12:30 Lunch
We will enjoy all together a delicious and nutritious vegetarian meal!
14:00 Gentle Yoga
After lunch we will practise a gentle yoga session which will be an exploration of how to connect body, mind and breath to cultivate body awareness.
15:00 Talk & Meditation
How can we feel great and look great without depriving ourselves ? In this talk Marta will walk you through the secrets of having stable energy, achieving your desired weight and improving your
mood without counting calories and constantly staying away from the good stuff!
Final meditation to guide you into deep relaxation to go home like new!

About Caprice Ennulat and Marta Escolano
Caprice Ennulat is a yoga teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience. She is educated in Pain Release Thereapy as well and giving pain release treatments and yoga classes in groups
and 1:1 trainings as well.
Marta Escolano is a certified heath and wellness coach who works with both local and international clients. She runs private 1:1 and group programs, online and in person. Marta specialises in
helping women balance their hormones naturally.
Two women. Two specialties. One goal: to share our passion, knowledge, and experience through yoga, meditation, and nutrition.
We guide, inspire and empower you to acquire a healthy lifestyle so you become lighter, happier and the best version of yourself!
